Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales
(BUD)
“Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales” (the BUD Fund) was set up in June 2012.
The Fund aims to provide funding support to assist Hong Kong enterprises in exploring and developing the Mainland China market through developing brands, upgrading and restructuring operations and promoting domestic sales in the Mainland.
Technology Voucher Programme
(TVP)
Support the use of technological services and system solutions to improve business operations.
Since 1 April 2020, the highest funding amount per applicant has increased to HKD$600,000 and the funding ratio has increased from 66% to 75%.
TVP supports project in the form of technological services and solutions which could improve productivity, or upgrade or transform the business processes of applicant.
Export Marketing Fund
(EMF)

The SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF) aims to encourage small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to expand their markets outside Hong Kong by providing financial assistance to SMEs for participation in export promotion activities.
